  • 1 scoop The Elite Whey or Elite Vegan Super Shake (you can substitute your favorite)
  • 1/3 cup each: banana, strawberries & blueberries
  • 1/3 cup of crushed ice
  • 12 ounces water, almond or rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • BLEND FOR 25 SECONDS
