Our Women’s 4-week Shred is a 28 day plan designed to help you get into shape fast while dropping body fat and enjoying delicious, well-balanced meals! You get to choose between our great-tasting, organic ELC “The Elite Whey” protein or our amazing “Elite Vegan Super Shake”– for breakfast. And for lunch and dinner, you get to choose your favorites from our Signature Menu!
We’ll ship 14 meals every week for 4 weeks; and one 30-day supply (1 serving daily) of protein powder!
Suggested Eating Schedule:
Breakfast- Upon awakening: 1 scoop of your favorite protein
Lunch- 1 Elite Lifestyle Cuisine meal
Mid-day Treat- 1 piece or 1 cup of your favorite fruit* (apple, pear, orange, banana, kiwi)
Dinner- 1 Elite Lifestyle Cuisine meal
